I’m a web developer and OT MS administrator working for Hapag-Lloyd AG in Hamburg, Germany.
I started with RedDot CMS in 2004 and needed to automate CMS functions
- to speed up my administration work,
- to add functionality not provided in standard (see plug-ins on content classes)
- to combine authors clicks needed to create new pages in bigger and easy to handle steps and
- to support users with additional functionality.
Both the general purpose jRQl plug-ins and the underlaying jRQL API developed in parallel. Please refer to the About jRQL page for more details on my motivation.
